Minneapolis, St. Paul Declare Snow Emergencies

As snow continues to pile up Monday, cities around the metro have started declaring snow emergencies.

The City of Minneapolis has declared a snow emergency, with parking restrictions beginning at 9 p.m. Monday.

St. Paul’s snow emergency parking restrictions also will begin at 9 p.m. Monday.

The City of Robbinsdale has declared a snow emergency to begin at 2 a.m. Tuesday.

The City of West St. Paul has declared a snow emergency for the next 48 hours.
