Most readers know I’m opposed to pretty much anything and everything “green.” Nothing but inefficiency and a waste of money. I’m not fond of a bunch of herb smoking, tree hugging hippies forcing me to live and use products that they think I should use. Can’t stand those green Hitler wannabe’s. Go back to your communes, eat your brown rice and leave me the hell alone.
For all the goats milk drinking green people out there that argue on behalf of all this nonsense, I need you to back up what you claim. Denounce and refuse all subsidies and mandates the green industry has, and let it stand or fall on equal footing as the rest of business. If you don’t do that, you are a phony, a fraud. Now, on to 4.3 million wasted taxpayer dollars.
Union Station, in Washington, D.C., is receiving $4.3 million dollars in taxpayer funds to turn the escalators in the parking garage into “green” escalators.
